Mission Summary
Our family has served with MBMSI for 12 years in Thailand. We were part of Team2000 for ten years, and were sent out as a church planting team. Our primary job description is to church plant and see healthy, Thai- led churches lead Thai people to Christ. Ricky also serves as Country Leader, and Karen serves as the Director of The Abundant Life Home Orphanage for HIV+ orphans. We are involved in church planting at The Life Centre and at Ang Sila Fishing Village Church.
We have 22 HIV+ children in our orphanage, and are always open to people coming to volunteer and help in our homes. Please email us if you are interested!
We have 4 daughters, Sierra, Tassanee , McKenna and Aree. Please pray for them as they study an hour away each way, for safety on the highways as they travel. Pray for them to find friends in our city.
Pray for the gospel to take deep roots in the hearts of the Thai’s who come to Christ. Many people have accepted Christ, but having them come to cell groups and church and develop into leaders is an ongoing challenge. The idol worship and years of addictions make it very difficult to serve Jesus.
