One of the organizational distinctives of our church are the Small Groups. A Small Group is a group of Broadway attendees who covenant together to meet regularly to provide care to the whole person. The purpose of the groups can be defined as follows:

•to encourage each other in spiritual growth through Bible study, discussion, prayer, etc.

•to provide support and encouragement to group members in times of difficulty

•to provide for social needs and the need for “connectedness”

•to facilitate communication between church members and church leadership

•to grow by attracting new members from the church and community

•to provide an opportunity for service

•to help the church achieve its mission
